One of our classic rustic designs - this rustic cake is garnished with sprigs of thyme herbs and fresh flowers. Finished with 24 Karat edible gold leaves which are individually placed onto the cake by our cake artists.
With each harvest of flowers yielding different colours and shapes seasonally, each cake is one-of-a-kind unique!

| Design Notes | While the thyme sprigs are edible and fresh florals are washed thoroughly before placing onto the cake, the fresh flowers flowers used as decorations on this cake are inedible and must be removed before consumption. Food safe dowels may be used to ensure structural stability of the cake. This design will feature slightly exposed cake sponge layers. The colour of the exposed cake layers will be dependent on the colour of the sponge/flavour chosen. |
| Storage Instructions | This customised cake design is frosted with swiss meringue buttercream, which is best consumed at room temperature when soft and creamy.
